We had the kanchkein celebration the other at our home. That’s the festival for the girl child and usually a little something is given to the girls to honour them, by the host mom. So we had invited a few girls from our neighbourhood. In-spite of my request against carrying any gifts, guess what one uber-creative mom got for the girls???

Isn’t this just the thing for a four year old rushing towards five or for even younger girls?

My girl has been taking it around the house calling it her pet! (Frankly, what a horrible thought…I guess she means a companion)

I must mention that the above said mom did not make it but her mom did! Wow these have travelled all the way from Japan!
